i7-10700k being use at 100%

I just got my computer and my cpu is always running at 100% i have i7 10700k. I did a virus scan and none was detected. The thing that i find really strange is that WMI provider host is always running high and taking most of the cpu. I tried every method i find online and i still have the problem. I even did a factory reset.

If you just got the machine then return it. The machine is supposed to be functional when purchased new so there no reason to do any diagnostics if it was not as described
