No thanks, 2GB is really way too little for my use case. Let me know if they start selling 8TB HDD's for that price though (I need 4: RAID 6 )

Isn't that the normal price? I bought that drive from megekko like a month ago and it was 54,9 then so not as good a sale as they lead you to believe :p.

yea thats been 49 to 59 (u.s) for almost 2 years (ive bought 8 ) the 2tb are their most reliable, their bigger tb ones ive seen fail within 2 years

Not unlikely. I was more referring to that exact drive being the normal price. Looking at the graph on tweakers with price history it kinda fluctuates but this is indeed a false sale basically.
