Asus TUF Gaming F15 laptop vs desktop build

risins

Hello, I was creating build for my desktop PC but since few parts now are unavailable I was looking for laptop alternatives. Does laptop will be similar-speced and can give similar result comparing to my dekstop build? I list both PC down there

Desktop:
CPU    Intel Core i5-11400

GPU    Asus GeForce RTX 3060, 12GB GDDR6, TUF Gaming OC V2 (LHR)
MB    Gigabyte B560M DS3H
RAM    Corsair Vengeance LPX Black, DDR4, 16GB, 3200MHz, CL16, Kit of 2
COOLER    Be Quiet Pure Rock 2 Black, CPU Cooler
PSU    Be Quiet Pure Power 11 FM, 750W, 80PLUS Gold
SSD    Western Digital Blue SN550, 1TB, M.2 NVMe

Laptop Asus TUF Gaming F15 FX506HM-HN01

CPU Intel Core i5-11400H

GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 6GB

RAM DDR4 16GB 2933 MHz
SSD: 512 GB

Also, do I void waranty if I decide to change SSD to 1TB?

Thanks in advance!

Laptop will always run slower than a desktop, because they are optimized for low power consumption.

A laptop 3060 might not perform as good as the desktop counterparts for the space needed for the air circulation.

It's a matter of taste (or need), it's a good laptop tbh.

Changing the SSD (and ram), usually, doesn't void the warranty, but it differs between models, you should ask them about it.

11400H can match 11400, or even slightly ahead since it's using actual 10nm not some 14nm backport shit (you can search for benchmarks). Same with 11800H vs 11700K

3060 laptop is actually on par with 3060 desktop, due to slightly more CUDA cores

11400H+3060 laptop can definitely match a 11400+3060 desktop provided it has 130W TGP for 3060, MUX and Gear 1 memory mode. However, that's not the case with the TUF bcoz it's Asux...

because Asus

partially yes, bcoz Asus don't even bother to put MUX even in their higher end models

TUF line is really mediocre not only due to lower wattage GPU but also poor thermals

can ask me in forum, it will be too much hassle to research yourself

can you help me spot the difference between these two?

Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H 82JU00FTLT

Lenovo Legion 5-15 82JU00A1PB

the specs are the same, but price difference is 200 euros. Can`t find anything why one is expensive than other... And does these also have good RTX3060 card?

there's an empty slot that supports M.2 NVMe (SATA not supported) 2280 SSD, single or double sided, max 2TB
