Is this gtx 1070 legit?

Hi.

I am interested in buying this secondhand gtx 1070 however I can't seem to find this card model on the internet so I am wondering if this is a legit 1070 .Thx in advance for advice

Based on those fans, I would say its likely not a GTX1070, but would be hard to know for certain. From what I can tell, all the GTX 1070 models used the strix style fans except the turbo cooler, which is a blower style.

the i/o seems to be OK - the DVI is at the top and hdmi/dv ports at the bottom

It doesn't look like a 1070 at all. I think it's a scam.
