How to check used laptop health( cpu gpu ram ssd)

Hey there, i am going to buy a used laptop, the owner said he used it for a short period so i want to know if it is in a good health including ram cpu gpu ssd and basically most of things so i need some good programs for diagnosis, stress test  the laptop is an msi gf65 with gtx 1660ti 16 gb of ram and i5 9th gen.
