Seeking tablet/laptop (2 in 1) for Sister's birthday $300~

Hello, I'll try to keep this short and to the point.

My sister will be using this for to draw on, play games and do homework. Probably not intense drawing apps, but this does mean that we'd prefer it to come with a pen.

I live in the US, I know that my budget is VERY low, but it's all I can afford at the moment.

---

I have found this laptop on Amazon (and have no clue if it's any good), but unfortunately it does not come with a pen and I'm unsure if it would be comfortable to hold as a tablet (thinking of a keyboard that retracts perhaps)

Thank you!

That's an unreasonably low budget, just a pen costs $50+.

That is a Chromebook, so comes with all caveats and limitations of a Chromebook about what apps can be run.

Maybe look at the used market?
