NO USB NO VIDEO OUTPUT ???!?!?!?

PC stopped booting (well technically)

My pc was working the day before but the next morning when I turned it on, the fans spun up but there was no USB power or HDMI or video output at all.

In fact, none of the ports on the motherboard worked at all.

I5-2500 ,16gb of ddr3 ram , gtx-1650 4gb. It had some prebuilt dell motherboard and all worked well before this happened.

Remove the GTX 1650, reset motherboard BIOS, connect the monitor to the motherboard and fire it up.

 

What brand and model PSU?

Unsure, but was also from some prebuilt, like a dell or hp.
