weird issue with MX Master 3 and USB port

Hi guys.

My mouse started to act strange recently.

Sometimes it just freezes and the only way to make it work again is to touch usb reciver (lift it up).

I notice it happens when I don't work on PC,for like 5 min or so, like laptop goes in some sort of standby mode.

Now I'm not sure if the laptop has an issue or mouse.

I can plug in other wireless mouse and report back.

Laptop is quite old,it happened on Windows 10 and I reformat because of that and now happens on Windows 7 too.

It's so frustrating.

I'm the owner of this mouse for like 1.5 year and never had such an issue.

What do you guys suggest me to do?

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with, and even if you think I'm rude or not polite, forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

Thanks for understanding.

Sounds like it's the USB port making a bad connection. Might be dirt inside or just worn out.

@Kilrahweird one.No issues with this mouse.

But it's dongle is frimly in usb port compared to MX Master (has a slight loose).

Now I'm confused.

Maybe to try MX Master to other PC,huh?

Is it possible that unpluging/pluging back USB dongle of MX Master I damaged something, either USB port or usb dongle.

I did used most often same mouse on other laptops,so I did above often.

The USB dongle is not making proper contact with the usb port.

Happened on other devices too.

I'm affraid I won't be able to remove it anymore.

No matter,I ordered second mouse because I find them amazing.

This way I will not have to move it around.
