Entry level PC for about € 600 based on i3-10100F and 1050 Ti

Heya, I'm building an entry level budget PC (~ € 600) for a friend. I would like some advice on the selection of components and balance between CPU and GPU if possible. Also this is a µATX mainboard and case, but I think with the two case fans temperatures shouldn't be a problem. Using a power calculator resulted in about 360 Watts so the PSU should suffice. This PC would be used for office work and low-end games like League of Legends or older games with simple graphics. GPU availability is very limited in my region (Germany) so the best card under € 200 I could find is the GTX 1050 Ti.

Because this PC is not going to be used for GPU intensive tasks, integrated graphics in 5600G will be more than enough for everything, While it being much faster PC overall. Much better CPU, Faster RAMs, Better board, More storage. Also, U can get 400W PSU, But I added 650W because it's only 20 euros more and it'll allow adding good graphics card in future if needed, But if this is not going to happen, U can save that 20 euros on PSU. 

Anyways, This PC will run everything much faster and better, Because that I3 will botleneck everything...  

P.S. CPU comes with good enough cooler.

If we wanted to install a graphics card in the next few months, which model would you recommend? For the price we would like to stay under € 200-250 if possible (no problem with used graphics cards from eBay). I was thinking about a Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 / 1660, but I'm not sure about which cards from AMD are currently good for the price range. Maybe the AMD Radeon RX 560 / 570?

Great! Yeah, case is wasn't too good in my list.

1660 could be great option, 1650 is more budget card and falls far behind 1660.

From AMD, At least RX 590. You can also try to get GTX 1070 or Radeon R9 Fury/Fury X, Maybe even better if possible, Radeon RX Vega 56/ RX 5600XT, But I doubt it'll be possible, At least it's worth trying, Because there is somewhat less demand on AMD cards and u might get lucky.

Thanks again! We will keep our eyes open on some local reselling platforms for the time coming. For now the integrated GPU is enough for most games. If the opportunity arises for a GTX 1660 / 1070, RX 590 some newer AMD cards like the RX 5600 we will upgrade.

 

Overall I'm really happy with this build, not buying a low-end GPU and instead investing in a much stronger CPU that will last for the next years was definitely the better option. After all it's really hard to get a new GPU for a reasonable price at this time and maybe for the next year as well.
