Ryzen 5900x high temps

Hey guys,

I recently finished a new watercooling build, and I noticed some high temps on my 5900x while idle and under load. I tried to tweak the voltage to 1.169 V and the frequency to 4500 Mhz, but I'm still getting about 50 degrees C while the CPU is idle, and 70 while under load. It seems that the distro plate I have is connecting the GPU directly to the CPU, so the liquid may be a few degrees  hotter when it reaches it, but are these temps normal in your opinion?

As it's a monoblock, I would check for fitting and mounting pressures. I've seen several instances where for whatever reason they've not properly aligned.

50 idle is hot, but could be down to power settings? 70 under load doesn't seem too far from normal IMO.
