HDR mode on monitor a little too vibrant

This is my monitor it's a beautiful picture but a little too contrasty, saturated for my liking with the hdr mode on. What can I do to tone it down a bit?

You can't, settings are disabled with HDR on. You can only adjust the brightness

Okay I guess I'll just turn on hdr when Im looking at hdr content

theres rgb settings in nvidia control panel
