GTX 1080 power limited at 60w after bios update

So I have an old Zotac 1080 mini that i bought second hand and i decided to update its bios to a default one. Everything went well but after the update my gpu is limited at about 60W. I tried to do it with the "@Echo start cmd.exe /k "C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVSMI\nvidia-smi.exe" -pl 217" command but still didnt work. Is there any way to set the power limit on my GPU after the bios update?
