I think windows is automatically creating folders and I dont know what to do about it

Ok so I got my first ever PC and everytihing is working except for the explorer looking like the biggest collection of letter and numbers combinations in the world. I think its because of this "index.dat" file but as I said I´m not sure. 

I´ve tried deleting, hiding and just moving them but nothing worked and btw I cant delete the "index" file. 

 

If you have any idea pls let me know.

Run an antivirus scan.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

Looks like Spotify cache files.

You probably changed the default to the root of the drive instead of AppData under your profile.
