It can be sometimes called Intel Trusted Security platform instead of tpm

Yes, on intel platforms it might be the case but OP clearly stated that they got an AMD system. And that is clearly intel only solution.

OP, your motherboard may not have that feature. Cheaper motherboards tend to provide least features needed for getting the system running. Check for bios updates.

I didn't find anything mentioning TPM in the manual for that motherboard. No module, and no header it seems.

You might see if you can start "run" and run "tpm.msc"  That will tell you if it has a TPM module built into the motherboard or not.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

I took a look at that mobo, it doesn't have a header for TPM 2.0 device (one that you would plug in), but that being said all Ryzen CPUs have firmware TPM and under BIOS it is labeled as fTPM.
A quick search through some YT videos I didn't manage to find your exact mobo, but this one looks similar to your BIOS and I guess it should be in the same place for you, check it out:

If you don't see it try updating your BIOS.
