Chinese DMX Lights shut down periodically

So, i got to the point that the problem lies within internal power supplies, but I have no idea what to do next...

The problem is: in certain positions those lights work fine, but not always, usually what happens when everything is mounted is that it starts initialising and then almost immediately shuts down... Like, start, 20 ms passed, shuts down, another 100 ms passed, rinse, repeat...

Any ideas?
