Monitor doesn’t turn on until windows Lock Screen

I want to go to my bios settings on my rog x570-e but the monitor won’t turn on until the Lock Screen on windows 10! Does anyone know how I go to bios I can’t see what it says to do!!

Most of the time it is Delete, if it doesnt work, then it likely is F2, and you can check the manual
