That means we can play CS:GO and other multiplayer games with Anti-Cheat in Linux?

You already could play CS:GO on Linux with Anti-Cheat since Valve has written it specifically for Linux.

 

As for other games, it's likely. Battle-eye still needs to give support for it, and all the developers need to enable it, but it's likely gaming on Linux will have near 100% support.

csgo, team fortress 2, and dota 2 have been working 

this new anti cheat support is for games like apex legends 

if it was useful give it a like :) btw if your into linux pay a visit here

The latest new was about Epic announcing anti-cheat support for Linux. CS:GO is from Valve, so the news doesn't really touch it. But as was said already, CS:GO has worked on Linux for a very long time already, since Valve are behind the Steam-on-Linux effort.

epic games has only given devs to *option* to enable it now. so if the game dev does not want to spend time testing/checking it or if they are not bothered to change it, nothing will happen
