Bad IPS glow on LG 27 GN800-B, Should I RMA it?

I just got a LG 27 GN800-B and the IPS glow is insane, it's very distracting when doing really anything that's relatively dark. The bottom left is particularly bad and is very visible when using it. Should I RMA it? https://imgur.com/a/mAfWKlT

If this is something you notice while actually using the monitor for normal things, yes. If its only something you see when you make the screen all black, no.
