Getting into streaming and recording

Nintend0nt

I'm currently using my main rig to stream/record and game at the same time. However, I am getting more serious about it and want to have a 2 PC streaming/recording setup. My current gaming rig is not able to record past 1080p at 60fps without overloading the encoder and I want to record in at least 1440p at 60fps with 50mbs bitrate. I currently have no clue what cpu and gpu would be recommended for the streaming/recording pc. I will add what I think would work.

Gaming PC:

I7-9700K

32gb 3200 RAM

RTX 3080

500gb ssd nvme

4tb HDD storage

Elgato 4k60 Capture card

Stream/recording PC:

Ryzen 7 3700x

16gb 3200 RAM

RX 5500xt or GTX 1080 Ti (spare cards I currently have)

500GB SSD NVME

2TB HDD Storage

Any input would be appreciated
