pc booting but only signal sometimes

my pc is booting but i am only getting a signal to my 2nd monitor sometimes and not my main. when i get a signal the windows "auto repair" shows up where i can either restart (which does nothning at all) or go to advanced settings where i can use a usb drive to reinstall windows (which doesnt work either i have tryed) or i can reset my pc (which doesnt work either) so i tryed getting into to bios which i cant either (this is my 3rd day trying to fix my pc) any ideas on what to do couse i am complete loss atm.

16 gb 2133 mhz (8x2)

500 watt psu
1 tb hdd
