dbrand Grip Case vs Otterbox Defender/Symmetry vs Peak Design Everyday Case

Hi All,

I recently purchased a new device and am looking at cases. My current phone (Pixel 3) has a Otterbox Symmetry case which I like for the protection but it is rather bulky.

dbrand have since released their grip case series and now Peak Design have announced their Everyday Case (currently unreleased).

 

I guess I am asking for people's experience and opinions on the best protective case for a new device.

(I'm a production tech who frequently drops/throws my phone as well as subjecting it to things like edges of road cases when lifting and other various interesting situations)
