no need to upgrade anything in my eyes, it will be hard to find a gpu anyways, i would say if your geting any gpu high temps is to get another fan in the front of the case.

whats your ram ussage when you do solidwork? also i thought you said only gaming so maybe upgrading your cpu might make a diffrence. but for gaming you set, for soildworks you will benift from a better cpu, like the ryzen 7 5800x.
