3080ti + 9400f at 1440p 144 hz? Do i need a new CPU for 1440p?

Hey! Just got a 3080 ti. My current setup uses 9400f, a micro atx b something motherboad with kingston 2666 mhz ram 2x16gb. I get excellent fps in pretty much everything except kingdom come, i get 10 fps in that game if i set it to ultra high. Also warzone has only about 85 fps on average. However, I get microstutters in some games for some reason, especially in warzone.

 

Is this the CPU bottlenecking? Or the crappy RAM?

Is a 9900k worth getting right now (I can find one for around 380 euros) or should I save up for a 5950x + better memory/motherboard instead (around 1400 euros total)?

 

I mostly use my PC for gaming. I will also sometimes run virtual machines on it and do software/game development, I mostly use my macbook for this though. Thanks!

i would get a upgrade if i was you, due note ultra isnt worth it.
