It Would Be Better If My Budget Is Not Exactly 500 Euros, but at Most Around 500 Euros, 400 Euros

Let me Explain It Like This, It Is Much Cheaper Here As A Much More Expensive Unit, And My Aunt Is A Dual Citizen Of Both German And Turkish, So There Are No Tax Problems, And It Makes More Sense To Get There Because Prices Are Rising Too Much In Turkey At This Time

Şöyle Açıklayayım Burda Çok Daha Pahalı Birim Olarak Daha Ucuz Ayrıca Teyzem Çifte Vatandaş Hem Alman Ve Hem Türk Bu Yüzden Vergi Problemi Olmuyor Ve Türkiyede Fiyatlar Bu Sıralar Fazla Yükseldiği İçin Ordan Almak Daha Mantıklı

Yes. He told me on another forum. His aunt will buy on Germany, and will bring into Turkey. She's hostess so she can come to Turkey with plane.

The translator you are using is very literal/badly translated.

My understanding is that you want to spend no more than €500 in Turkish Lira & your aunt - a flight attendant - is going to buy the parts & import them to Turkey for you to build there?  €500 will not really get you much new, even second hand you'll struggle to get that good a deal.

I frequently edit any posts you may quote; please check for anything I 'may' have added.

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!
