Old SSD not found on new laptop

DumpsterFireGamer

Good evening everyone!

Can someone please point me to a spot in the forms or give me some info as to why my old SSD isn’t showing up on my new laptop.

I have upgraded to an ASUS FX607 from an ASUS FXD35. I took my old 256GB SSD out of my old computer with the OS and everything on it and put it in my new one but I’m not seeing in the BIOS or the device manager. Anything helps thanks.

note: I have also attempted to put my old SSD in my old computer but now it won’t boot.
