Rog Strix b450f VGA Light Issue

Hello I recently Upgraded To the Rog strix b450-f gaming Motherboard From a Msi a320m Mobo, So here’s my issue That’s honestly been pissing me off Why I can’t find a fix. When I turn my pc on It instantly Shows the White Led (vga) But My gpu works just fine when it is actually on after I dont know how many restarts I would say atleast 10. I run dual monitors On my Evga Rtx 2060. (note The reason why I upgraded is because Is started doing it on my a320m Mobo As well) 
 

Things I’ve tried/done 

Took cmos battery Out for 30 mins (didn’t fix) 

disabled fast start up (didn’t work)

Running ALL stock settings On Bios Even my ram Is running stock speeds (still didnt fix) 

 

 

I dont know what else to do And I’ve yet to find a fix, the thing that gets me Is When is does finally Post Everything works Completely Normal And The performance and everything Is Awesome
