Lightroom uses all my c drive

Unfortunately my C drive is only 128 gigs. I have another ssd and a hdd that are 1tb each, but when working in lightroom I get a notification saying the c drive is full. I went into preferences and chose to use the hdd as the store originals locations, but it still fills my c drive. Im assuming that its only a cache or something while im editing, but its still annoying (yes im trying that breziner method that is in their latest video). Any way to prevent this? I want lighroom completely out of the c drive.

Put the catalog file on another drive, the previews are stored in a folder alongside it.

Would you know how to do that? I cant seem to find the catalog

It's in your user profile\pictures\lightroom
