Server 2016 takes long time to shut down

Hi guys, 

I'm having trouble identify what's the problem of our server, it takes too long to shut down

is there anyone know what's the cause and how to troubleshoot?

How long is it taking, and what's the specification?

 

Typically server OSs take a longer time to start up or shut down because you're not using it right if you're regularly doing either.

It takes 2hours but not time to time. our server turn in Monday morning then Turn off in Saturday morning,

That's not right. I use Windows Server as a desktop OS, and from all of my experiences with it there's no difference compared to consumer versions of Windows. And servers don't have to stay on 24/7.

is the Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) errors possible cause of the slow shutdown of the server?
