EVGA GTX 980 Ti cooler

Does anyone have any idea where I could find a stock shroud and cooler for this GPU? I just bought one on eBay, but it doesn't have either.

 

It's an EVGA GTX 980Ti with model number 06G-P4-4990-KR.

keep an eye on websites like ebay or craigslist. someone might sell a broken 980ti from which you can salvage the cooler
there might be aftermarket ones maybe on websites like aliexpress, but i have no experience with that

So are coolers/shrouds from different manufacturers usable? Like an MSI 980Ti for parts - if I used it's shroud. Or an EVGA with slightly different model - like an EVGA 980 for parts, or 980TI superclocked instead of gaming?

Usually they use same cooler for few cards (from same manufacturer of course) so you may be lucky, best what you can do is to find some coolers and later on compare the pcb of this cards, if they same than the cooler should fit as well. 
So you missing heatsink as well yes? You have just the pcb?

So I've got the PCB and the heatsink. I installed the GPU, but it gave me solid white CPU ez debug, so I removed it again, and it's still there. My pc worked before, and I've been using it for two weeks no without a GPU. Any ideas?

If you have pcb and the heatsink than you can always ghetto your cooling by strapping some normal case fans to it, I’ve done it before and it’s working really well.

Did you connect all cables properly to the gpu? You didn’t knocked any other cables or cooler for cpu? Try resetting the bios to default first

All cables were connected correctly, and I couldn't boot to bios because no graphics from igpu or dgpu. Monitor detects no input from DP.
