My cpu temputare is very high on startup

This morning i turned on my pc and the cpu temps went up to 100-110 on startup and idk why. I had my pc for 3 months now and it didnt have no issues, i mostly play csgo, rocket league and gta 5. I tried restarting my pc and the temps are still very high. I thought its a bug so i waited for a minute for the temps to lower but the pc shut downed it self. All of my parts are running on stock. What should i do?

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

CPU COOLER: NZXT Kraken m22 

PSU:Deepcool DQ750ST

RAM: Hyperx fury DDR4

STORAGE: Kingston A2000 1TB

MB: Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite

The CPU saved itself from quick-death.

And as @Skiiwee29said. Check if it's actually running, RMA if it died.
