would i be able to upgrade the cpu on this mobo?

so i might buy a used prebuilt but it has a ryzen 5 1400 which is fine but i might want to upgrade it in the future, now the official supported cpus are some ryzen first gen, but would i be able to upgrade to a second gen? also the mobo has 2 hdmi ports (im guessing its cause they wanted it to be compaitble with ryzen g series). does anyone know anything about this?

alright thanks, im in no rush to do anything so i can just upgrade the mobo later.
