Have you reinstalled MSI afterburner and reset it to default to test ?

Other option (sounds daft) try an underclock and see how the performance moves.

Just drop it by 100/or and drop the power limit by 10 and see if you get any improvement

Sorry I read your message wrong. Well I'm not sure to be honest I was hoping a tweak would kick it back into life.

Check your NVIDIA Control Panel settings for VSync. As it can be set globally.

Do you have a 75hz monitor ?

First uninstall the Nvidia drivers from control panel / programs and features.  Then, download Wagnard's Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), then reboot to safe mode.

Uninstall GPU drivers with Wagnard's Display Driver Uninstaller.  Run this in safe mode with your internet unplugged.  Go back to windows, download newest drivers, install normally.
