Please help my Xbox 360 can connect to wifi or Xbox live

Hey can someone please help me with my Xbox 360? So I am trying to backup my old Minecraft worlds from my Xbox 360 to my Xbox one but my Xbox 360 can’t connect to the wifi or Xbox live anymore can someone help me?

What device in your home is providing Wifi? I'm looking for the exact model of router, if it is one.

You don't know if xbox live is a problem until the wifi works.

 

Try plugging the console in to your router with a cable and see if that works.

 

What error do you get whne triyng to connect to your wifi?

Last console I owned was an original Xbox so I had to do some research. The original Xbox 360 didn't have Wifi so you had to buy the adapter. The original adapter only supported a/b/g and the Wireless N Adapter added support for n on 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz. 

 

The 360 S was b/g/n on 2.4Ghz only. 

 

But yeah, bypass all that and just use a cable.

First of all I don’t have a Ethernet cable I can use because I don’t own one and then  error I get is “there is a problem with your connection let’s try and fix it” so I can’t even connect to my wifi at all
