Sometimes, I get this very red screen when I start up a game on Steam. Usually I restart the game to fix the issue, but it’s not working on Arma 3. How do I fix?

That's a band-aid, not a fix.

 

It could be: the monitor,the display cable,display connectors on the display or the GPU,the GPU itself,and more.
