My up arrow keys don't work

My up arrow key and Numpad up key don't work, when I boot up my pc they don't respond but the rest of my keyboard works fine. The only time the up arrow keys work is when I'm in BIOS. I have reinstalled my keyboard drivers and still have the same issue. I'm using Windows 10 64bit, my keyboard is a razer Cynosa Chroma. This is a fairly new pc about 4 months old.
