Hs anyone gamed with an NVIDIA quadro k2200?

These are going for cheap on eBay where I am, has anyone gamed with this card? I see YouTube videos of people doing this and it seems to work ok, it seems to perform better than the AMD Radeon HD 7750 2gb ddr3 that I have right now anyway.

Which RX 460 are you talking about here please? I will go look up the spec.

I had guessed that it was Radeon but there are 2gb and 4gb versions of this card.

I have an offer of a cheaper AMD Radeon R7 450 4GB, I don't know if this is ddr5 or ddr3 yet, does anyone know how this compares to the quadro k2200? I have tried some of the comparison websites and searching but I have had no luck finding a comparison yet.
