  need a 34 inch or above g sync monitor suggestions.. new to PC switched from Xbox burned 23% of my body mostly  my hands and arms saving my family and they want me to do pc gaming therapy to get my fingers  and hands working better my pc build below

34" or above you're in 3440x1440/3840x1600 Ultrawide or 4K territory and a 3060Ti isn't necessarily the strongest at those resolutions. 

 

My suggestion for a great experience in all games is stick to a "1440p" or 2560x1440 display at the maximum.

 

The largest they commonly come is 32", however you'll find they are not commonly suggested as that amount of pixels at that size means its not as sharp as it could be. The most common size you find 1440p displays is 27".
