For gaming a 5800x Should work well and allow you to save some money

For gaming, bring down to 5800X and Dark Rock 4 (or Noctua NH-U12S).

 

Also, I expect that 32GB of 3200MHz CL16 RAM will be MUCH cheaper. Swap the 500GB 980 PRO for a WD SN750 1TB M.2 NVME SSD. These drop downs may allow you even more storage too. If that happens to be the case, get yourself a good 2.5" SSD like the WD Blue 1TB 2.5" SSD or the 870 QVO 2TB SSD. Whichever works for your budget.

What's the price difference between 5800X and 5900X? If it's not too much, I would say stick with 5900X. That way you don't need to mess with your computers if games decide to use more cores in the future. Also, you wouldn't have to worry about upgrading as much.
