Entonces, cuando intento ejecutar el software para Redragon Kumara K552-RGB, dice "el dispositivo no se detecta, la configuración clave no se puede mostrar". Intenté reiniciar mi computadora, pero no funcionó. ¿Alguien tiene una solución a esto?

I reinstalled it and I still get the same bro, it is all well connected, connect it to all usb 3.0 and 2.0 ports on my pc and still does not solve anything
