Just bought new cyber power pc after 2 hours network stops working, network adapter troubleshooter causes instant crash with no blue screen

Well there is not much more too it then the title, 

only msi afterburner and msi center are installed

Is this with a B550 motherboard? ASUS perhaps?

Remember there was a program you had to allow at the start, armor center or something for asus or network settings would just shut off.

If he has MSI Dragon Center installed I am presuming it's an MSI board. 

Friends don't let friends use Userbenchmark. Ban the term "bottleneck." Corps aren't your friends. If the PC does what you need it to do well enough, it's good enough. Don't build the "best" system, build the system that makes you happy.

Did you install the ethernet drivers for that board from MSI's site?

Friends don't let friends use Userbenchmark. Ban the term "bottleneck." Corps aren't your friends. If the PC does what you need it to do well enough, it's good enough. Don't build the "best" system, build the system that makes you happy.
