Best headphone with mic for gaming and general use.

Josh -_-

I'm looking for a headphone with good sound, that will be good for gaming and listening to music. I have a price range of anywhere between $100-160 AUD. I could go higher if the quality is worth it. I have no preference if it is wired or wireless.

Any help is appreciated.

MH751/752 depending on price. They should be just within budget for you

I was just looking at some videos on headphones, and I think i'd want ones with an open back design. Could you name any good headphones with an open back design that can be good for gaming as well as listening to music?

Do you want headphones or a headset? If you want a good open back headphone, you won't find any that have a microphone.

I think the SHP 9500 with a Vmoda boom pro mic is within your budget. Really good combo and the mic is 10x better than any gaming headset mic.

PM or DM me if you have any questions about audio.

I’ve actually changed my budget, I can do anywhere from 150-300 AUD, preferably open back I can add a mic seperately

Then the X2HR and Vmoda boom pro is a good combo. A bit better than the SHP 9500. Essentially the big brother to the SHP's.

I've been looking around and apparently the 560s Is a very good option for gaming, what amp/dac (I don't know the difference) would be best?
