GPU passthrough in Windows host for Virtual Mac Big Sur

I have a HP Omen with Intel i5-7300HQ and Nvidia GTX 1050.

Host OS is Windows 10 Pro 21H1

Running Mac OS Big Sur on Oracle VM VirtualBox 6.1.22.

How can I make the Mac detect the Nvidia Graphics and leverage that?

You can't, not on Windows at least. You need Linux magic for dedicated IOMMU passthrough.

And since all Macs have only had AMD GPUs for quite a while support in Mac OS for Nvidia cards is pretty much dead.

That's not possible with macOS Big Sur. The newest version of macOS that will work with your GPU is macOS High Sierra.
