By just fine do you mean that it is at the limit or it can handle another gts 280?

It can handle much more.

Hello, I'm planning to do a dual 280mm loop with the hardware labs black ice nemesis gts 280 or corsair xr5 but the liquid flow restriction is kinda high for one rad so two plus a CPU and GPU block could be bad. I am planning to use a DDC pump from the barrow CPU pump res combo so I would like to know if it is fine or I should search new radiators (no I can't fit the x flow in my case)

A DDC pump will be able to handle that just fine.

I assume you're using a sff case right?

if your budget allows it, have an additional ddc pump (from lowara / laing / xylem) ready in case the barrow pump motor fail

I have build a couple of sff sys for clients, barrow pump somehow has slightly higher failure rate.... or maybe it's just my bad luck 🤦🏽‍♂️

oh get a barrow leak tester too, it help me a lot for my builds

Flow restriction will almost always be of no concern in a "normal" build.
