BalenaEtcher ruining my flash drives
in Troubleshooting
This happened to me with Etcher once when I was trying to flash a Raspberry Pi image. You just need to use diskpart to delete the partition(s).
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows-commands/diskpart
Then, you can reflash.
