LG TV randomly switching to HDMI4 if SIMPLINK is enabled

I have an LG TV with an old Samsung Blu-ray player (it has a front display) as a set-top box connected to HDMI2. With SIMPLINK enabled, it keeps randomly switching to HDMI4, which my LG TV model doesn't have. (it has 2 hdmi ports) How do I have SIMPLINK enabled without the TV randomly switching to HDMI4?

EDIT: I have set up Universal Control for my BD player.
