Zotac RTX 3070 Maxing out

Marcus Media TTV

Hey Guys So im having an issue where I am somehow managing to max out my 3070 When streaming to Twitch on Farming Simulator 2019 It Keeps Dropping frames and causing my stream to stutter really bad Its seems okay on some other games but it still gets High Utilisation

My specs are:

CASE: Corsair 465X ICue
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS ROG Strix B450-F Gaming
PSU: Be Quiet Pure Power 11 700W
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: Zotac Gaming GEFORCE RTX 3070
RAM: 2X 16GB 32GB G.Skill Trident Z Royal 3600mhz
BOOT DRIVE: Samsung 970 Evo 250GB M.2 MVME SSD
GAMES DRIVE: Samsung 860 EVO 1TB Sata SSD

Im not too sure if its a Setting in Windows, Nvidia Control pannel or the Bios but im pretty sure that it aint right

I just can not Understand why im getting this Issue, My Ryzen 7 3700X Only gets about 20% Utilisation on this game whereas my 3070 Is maxing at 100%  Hopefully someone can help me 🙂

try limiting that specific game's framerate using v-sync it might be a driver issue or a bug in the game

Yeah I think its FS19...... It runs on 2 cores out of the 8 i have available so i think its tryna depend more on my GPU To Run the game But i could be wrong
