My cpu cooler is not working as supost to

Hi i have a Hp pavilion tower pc that has a cpu coler that runs 50% on, 50% off even tho i have set it to 100% pwm in SpeedFan so whats wrong? im not good at hardwhere and softwhere so i may mis some info hear to get good help

 

PC: HP Pavilion p6-2421eo

CPU: AMD A8-5500

CPU Fan: a fan on a heat sink not a squar heat sink (idk whats its called)

Most likely doesnt support your motherboard and has been dead for a long long time. Try FanControl.

Probobly as stated idk mutch about hard whare more then a amd cpu cant go in to a intel socket when its abot pc.

so the cpu fan is off and fan constrol says 100% fan speed so thats what i meen whit 50% on 50% off. So its off even whant its told to be on. Sorry for dusty pc

idk if this fits in this topic but do it exist a coolor for fm2 socket and am4 socket?
