Which HDMI switch to choose and what are real dangers

Waysker

Hello, like in title, I'm searching for good HDMI switching device. Right now I am constantly unplugging HDMI cable from my display to my TV for specific scenarios.
From what I understand this shouldn't be a advanced machine to switch from one input to other, only requirement for me would be to have HDMI 2.0 ports or better just for the future possibility of 4k 60HZ gaming.

There is so much chinese looking devices on web that it is really scary and I would not want to live in fear that I am jeopardizing my quality because of faulty bridge :D
Number of ports 3 or more would be nice

Can you guys recommend something ? what should I watch out for ?

Thanks
PS. I am not sure this is a right place for this question, if not, please move this thread, thanks.

I would honestly look for 2.1...if you can find it.  I don't think 60hz 4k is going to be standard for very long.

Assuming you have an HDMI 2.1 switcher, the only other big "gotcha" is making sure you have 2.1 compatible cabling.  HDMI cables are horribad when it comes to distinguishing between them.

I have this unit, as I was unable to find a 2.1 switch that suited me.
