I want to do bit mining on my gaming pc pls help

I’ve been thinking about doing Bitcoin mining for a bit and I’ve been trying to find out some details about it but I’m not sure if my pc is gunna be profitable for like 10$ an hour or so I just wanna start off small and the money I do make I’m gunna use it to upgrade my build let me give you the specs.

 

 

I have a amd ryzen 2700 or a amd ryzen 1400 I can remember and I have a gigabyte rx 570 with a 16 gb kit of team group t-force Vulcan z ddr4-3600

for storage I got a 512gb sabrent m.2-2280 nvme SB-ROCKET-512 

 

is it profitable

Bitcoin mining on PC is no longer practical and hasn't been for quite a while. It's all done on ASIC hardware now.

 

There are other cryptocurrencies that you can mine on PC, but if you are at the stage where you don't know of any cryptocurrencies except bitcoin, you need to do way more research before you even try.

 

With your hardware it is unlikely you could mine anything profitably once you take into account the cost of power. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

well it depends if he has the 8gb version he could make like $2 every 24 hours but if it was the 4gb he could make $1 every 24hrs this is accounting the electricity.

I’ve checked and Bitcoin is the most profitable for just one Bitcoin you can get 45,882 and other crypto currency’s are going for like 8 5 k

From reading this and your other posts your level of computer knowledge seems low, and I'm also going to guess you're quite young. I'd advise you to forget about this before your possibly damage hardware you can't replace and run up your parents' power bill to make an amount of money that probably won't be meaningful even to a kid. 

 

It should be the opposite. Encourage him to learn more, experiment, and fail. Learning crypto at a very young age can help a ton and all the associated knowledge that comes with it.

That's the price that has nothing to do with the rate at which you mine. Download nicehash and read all their technical info on bitcoin.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. What the worst that can happen is he can't figure out how to start mining and just doesn't make money. I started getting into crypto when I was 13 and I struggled through trying to setup the binaries but this forum helped me figure it out. You don't need any knowledge of mining to start. Exactly I know what I’m doing I built my own pc and done modifications to it and I’m not dumb enough to install a virus and ruin my internet settings I just don’t know how to script make pc programs and I have only had a laptop and I’ve been collecting more knowledge every second and I’m really interested in computers and cryptocurrency

I just ran the math power is gunna cost around $2.4 a day and as you said my pc may be able to make $1.30 to $1.94 a day so yeah I mit do Bitcoin trading like buys a small amount of Bitcoin when the prices are down then sell them when the prices are up a bit it might be a slow process tho

It's your own choice, but don't do that. Time in the market beats timing the market as they say. You cannot predict when the market will go up or down. Trying to daytrade if it's not your actual profession will sometimes get you a tiny bit of profit and most of the time a loss, especially when you start off and emotions can still easily get the better of your decisions.

 

If you plan to invest, simply invest. Dollar Cost Average (DCA) and buy a little every week or month (whatever you  prefer and can afford) and consider every penny spent on it lost. Do not invest money you cannot lose or like to keep.

The people that bought e.g. DOGE at $0.001 and made bank selling at $0.30 were extremely lucky and simply at the right place at the right time, willing to take a risk. Yes every second people are buying and selling or putting up orders, so the market will change every second. This is true for both stocks and crypto.

stocks are not up and down 24/7, there are "aftermarket corrections", but it's not 24/7.

 

cryptocurrencies are 24/7, but they don't have safeguards like stocks have, if there's very high movement on a stock, there's going to be halts on the stock to prevent it from crashing, this doesn't happen with crypto.

I want to do crypto mining but I have took in consideration of the cost of the power like for Bitcoin my pc can mine 1.94$ a day but it’s going to cost near 2.39$ a day to run my pc I don’t know much about crypto trading or mining at all

I’m talking about the price of Bitcoin is always changing like watch it it goes up and down a lot
