Main computer fried during storm, but drives are good, need enclosure for them

Radium_Angel

Freak storm killed my main system, and it's not worth fixing (3rd gen dual Xeon system) but the drives are okay.

I have four drives, not in a RAID config, just as individual drives.

Have spare system with 4 SATA ports, but it's an Open Frame system so I can't really mount the drives anywhere.

Looking for an external enclosure where I can install the 4 drives and attach to my spare PC, and be up and running again.

Have options of connecting it via USB 3.0, aforementioned SATA ports, or a PCIe x1 slot for perhaps an eSATA (or other option? I'm open) card.

Suggestions?

For $120, you can find the Sabrent 4-Bay USB 3.0 SATA 2.5"/3.5" SSD/HDD Docking Station (DS-U3B4) on Amazon.

I'd prefer something more...permanent.

Would something like this do?

Thank you. I have multiple backups of everything (because backups are cheap) but I'd like to re-use the existing drives.

Having listed that box, it's pretty nice, but also kind of expensive, is there something that holds 4 drives with *active* cooling, that can be had for less money? Fully enclosed is important to me, which is why I've discounted the doc listed above.
